School listings are aggregated from public sources, school submissions, and editorial review. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current. Always verify details with the school directly before making decisions.
4. User-generated content
Reviews, comments, and inquiries you submit must be truthful, respectful, and free of personal attacks or defamatory content. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these standards.
5. School accounts
Schools claiming listings represent that they have the authority to do so. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate suspension and removal of the listing.
6. Sponsored content
Sponsored placements are clearly labeled. EduFind India does not editorially endorse sponsored schools beyond what is disclosed in their listing.
7. Limitation of liability
EduFind India is provided "as is". We are not liable for outcomes that arise from decisions made based on platform content, including admission decisions, fee disputes, or quality of education.
8. Intellectual property
All branding, copy, design, and original photography on EduFind India is owned by us. School-provided content remains the property of the respective schools.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
